Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the processing and delivery of orders placed with SPM Goods trading as EYstreem (https://eystreem.store). Please review this information to understand our procedures.


1. Order Processing 

Orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

While we use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided, we are not liable for delays in shipment. Please note that orders may experience delays due to postal service disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that pre-orders follow different timelines from standard orders. Instead, they will ship according to the estimated dispatch window provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

 

2. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery and can not be cancelled. Please double-check your order details, including items, sizes, and shipping address, before completing your purchase. This policy is in place because our system begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast fulfillment. 


3. Split Packages 

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments. Each package will have its own tracking number. 


4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service and destination.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SPM Goods is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by carriers or other external factors.


5. International Shipping

The customer is solely responsible for all import duties and customs fees that may be additionally imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. SPM Goods has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
